SaviLock is a digital transaction management platform designed to bring structure, accountability, protection, ease to everyday exchanges, especially across borders and in markets where trust is fragile and enforcement mechanisms are weak or nonexistent.

As the Product Lead at Savilock, I led the strategy, design and development of our cross-border escrow platform, aligning engineering, design, compliance, and operations around a unified product vision. I defined and prioritized the technical roadmap, ensured regulatory alignment across multiple markets, and oversaw the integration of payment providers, FX services, and identity verification systems. I translated legal and compliance requirements into actionable product features, and transforming high-level business goals into technical specifications.
I also set success metrics, established our sprint processes, and created documentation for internal workflows such as reconciliation, user verification, and FX rate management. Working closely with engineers, I ensured backend and frontend workstreams were aligned with user experience needs and operational realities.
